Malairte (MLRT) is an open, internet-based cryptocurrency. It runs on its own blockchain, has its own wallet, and is mined by a network of regular computers around the world. There is no central company or bank running it.
What makes Malairte different from many other coins is that it is intentionally CPU and GPU friendly. The mining algorithm is designed so that ordinary computers stay competitive, rather than being pushed out by specialised ASIC hardware. The result is a network where anyone with a PC can participate.
